Program Overview – 3 Sessions
Session 2: Invisible Failures – When AI Breaks Without Breaking
Focus: How AI can make dangerous errors without triggering alarms, and why traditional QA often fails to detect them.
Case: An AI model in radiology mistakenly learned to identify hospital logos instead of diseases.
Task: Teams analyze a post-market failure and define preventive quality and risk controls.
Certificate
Participants who attend all three sessions and complete at least one breakout task receive a Digital Certificate of Completion.
This certificate can be used as documentation for:
- QMS training requirements under ISO 13485
- MDR compliance evidence (Annex I and Chapter VI)
- Continuing education and investor communication
