Recent MIT and McKinsey QuantumBlack reports highlighting the low success rate of AI initiatives and the failure to deliver on ROI have surprised some, but not us. Our panelists have been in the data space long enough to know everything that makes AI work isn’t AI.
Join us to exchange lessons learned on when AI fails to deliver and how data-driven organizations are turning the tables. We will talk about the foundational work that must be done: robust data, governance, and the right leadership skills and literacy to steer organizational culture and prioritize investments in AI initiatives that deliver value.
