TCS (Touring Club Switzerland) has more than 1.65 million members, which makes it the largest mobility and consumer protection organisation in Switzerland. For 130 years we have stood by people on the road, on their travels and in everyday life. We don’t only step in when something goes wrong. We act early, before it happens.
As the Swiss standard for trust, safety and mobility, we keep evolving. AI agents now act on their own, deepfakes are becoming everyday, and fraud happens on every channel. That raises a central question for us: how do we make the trust our members place in us technically verifiable in the digital space too?
Our challenge at Swiss {ai} Weeks 2026 is our answer to that question: the TCS Cyber Protection Letter, Switzerland’s first collective digital trust network. Members report suspicious messages, calls or links directly to TCS and get a clear assessment back: legitimate, suspicious or confirmed fraud. Every report strengthens a collective early-warning system built on the Swiss e-ID and the swiyu infrastructure. Our ambition is to turn 1.65 million members into active defenders.
