AI & Peace Leadership in Practice
Organized by Geneva Hub, Young AI Leaders
AI is reshaping how societies learn, communicate, and respond to conflict. Yet peacebuilding remains a deeply human endeavour that is rooted in trust, empathy, and moral accountability. So what can AI actually contribute? And where must humans lead?
In this interactive workshop, you won't just hear about AI: you’ll put your critical thinking to the test 🔍
Working through a fictional but realistic peacebuilding crisis, you'll first tackle it the human way: through collective reasoning, empathy, and the 5W1H critical inquiry framework — no devices allowed. Then, you'll hand the same scenario to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and critically audit what they produce.
You'll walk away with: - Practical critical thinking tools for working responsibly with AI - Hands-on experience detecting algorithmic bias, hallucinations, and ethical blind spots - A clearer understanding of the Human-in-the-Loop principle in sensitive contexts - Stronger peer connections and a shared values-based framework for responsible AI use
